Big Lives' has very limited availability on our collections. If an item or size you're interested in is sold out, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to source the item for you (or suggest alternative options).
SHIPPING & TAXES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value. Shipping charges will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
Ground shipping is free within the US and Canada. Additionally, we offer same-day delivery within New York City for a flat fee of $50. Same-day orders must be placed before 4pm EST.
All orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed.
Big Lives insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. At checkout when choosing shipping option, you are able to select whether you’d like to sign for your delivery. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Big Lives and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

We currently do not ship outside of the US and Canada. That said, we are happy to work with you directly to coordinate special deliveries. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email or text message confirmation outlining the details of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We honor returns and exchanges within 14 days of when you receive your items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original garment tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return & Exchange Shipping Instructions
If you need to return or exchange an item within the 14 day policy period, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you a return label and deduct the price of ground shipping from your refund. Return shipping on exchanges is free.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Big Lives' emerging designers operate with diverse production processes and patterns. Many pieces are constructed or finished by hand. Sizing and fit are approximate and may vary by designer. Each product page has a description which includes a sense of how the fit runs, and/or what size the model is wearing to help you gauge which size is best for you. Also refer to size charts below.
